When I say I have been having these pancakes everyday for the last year, I would not be lying! There was a time right after I had Isabella when I was having these in the morning AND in the afternoon as a snack! This is a throwback to one of my favorite snacks at my baby shower, the watermelon filled with fruits! I was so lucky to have my friends help me out, as I couldn’t have gotten much done at that stage haha!
I was busy mingling with friends and playing baby shower games so I did not manage to capture the best picture, but you get the idea 🙂
This is great dessert to serve at baby showers/house parties, actually my friend who made this is now pregnant herself! So Joumana, shall we do this for your baby shower and make this a tradition:)?
- 1 watermelon, cut in half and emptied inside
- Mix of blueberries, grapes, pomegranate seeds. Really any fruits work here.
TIP: You can make a juice with the leftover watermelon. Serve chilled.
Does anything smell more Chrismassy than gingerbread men? I have made loads of these batches over the last couple of weeks and I just cannot get enough of them!
Its Christmas time again ❤ this year feels as though it as flown by, does anyone else feel that way too? I put up our first Christmas tree in the house, scroll down to see it! We got a real one from Ikea and the moment you enter the house it smells amazing, plus I got loads of Christmasy candles to add on to that scent.
On another note, homemade chocolate has been on my to do list forever and I am so bummed I didn’t get to it sooner as it so SO easy and yummy!
Anyone who does not have dairy in their diet knows alternative milk can get pricey, especially if you want it to be naturally sweetened and organic. There has been a couple of recipe disasters before this but I have to say I found this to be the the easiest, creamiest and AND much cheaper than a store bought version, so definitely a win!
Also can you ever have enough coconut in your diet? or body? or face! Never.
My ultimate, all time weakness has always been chocolate, I cannot resist it and cannot have enough of it! So when I started my plant based journey it was key for me to ‘healthify’ (Is that even a word?) my chocolate cravings
I love taking these to Iftars I am invited to, gives everyone a healthier option for dessert.
Also these are great brekky if you are in a rush!

Sticking to my clean eating this January, when I wanted something sweet I knew raw dessert was the way to go! Inspired by FullyRawKristina ,I attempted the raw carrot cakes.
I couldn’t believe something so simple could taste SO good!!
