When I say I have been having these pancakes everyday for the last year, I would not be lying! There was a time right after I had Isabella when I was having these in the morning AND in the afternoon as a snack! Homemade Naturally Sweetened Coconut Milk

Anyone who does not have dairy in their diet knows alternative milk can get pricey, especially if you want it to be naturally sweetened and organic. There has been a couple of recipe disasters before this but I have to say I found this to be the the easiest, creamiest and AND much cheaper than a store bought version, so definitely a win!

Also can you ever have enough coconut in your diet? or body? or face! Never.

Banana Bread Oatmeal

Banana Spinach Smoothie

The summer months are here in Dubai and it is getting very stuffy,nothing better than a cold green smoothie to start your day during these hot months 🙂

On a more positive note I have been enjoying my vegan month so much that I think it just MIGHT change the way I eat for a long time! The benefits I feel are endless, but most of all I love the feeling that I am doing something good for my body and the planet.
