Banana Bread Oatmeal

I recently have been a major oatmeal ADDICT. I love this recipe so much I sometimes have it for breakfast and dinner 🙂 It is just so creamy, filling and of course easy to make! Also I will be heading to Armenia this weekend to celebrate my wedding anniversary, super excited! Stay tuned for vegan armenian treats on my instagram @rana.banana IMG_7344 Ingredients: *Serves 1

  • 3/4 of steel cut organic oats
  • 3/4 cup of rice milk ( any other non-dairy milk will do)
  • 1 ripe mashed banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp date syrup (or any other sweetener)

  1. Add all ingredients to a small pot on medium heat.
  2. Stir for 5 mins
  3. Add in any optional toppings ( nuts, nuts butters or berries!)
