Sticking to my clean eating this January, when I wanted something sweet I knew raw dessert was the way to go! Inspired by FullyRawKristina ,I attempted the raw carrot cakes.
I couldn’t believe something so simple could taste SO good!!
- 2 Cups of Shredded Carrots
- 1 Cup Dates
- Half Cup of walnuts or pecans
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
- In a food processor, mix in all the ingredients
- Place them in cupcake holders
- Place in the fridge for 30 mins
