I come home from work hungry most days and want something easy, healthy and quick! This is by far the easiest dinner I ever have to make and surprisingly addictive!
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 potato
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil to oil the pan (Optional)
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C
- Chop up the potatoes to the size you want
- Season the potatoes and shake well
- Bake for 25 min or until soft
Enjoy with a side of soup – this is my chunky vegetable tomato soup!
