Sweet Potato Humus

I love finding different variations of humus so when I came across this one I knew I had to make it, plus I always have chickpeas and sweet potato in my pantry, so no super market trip for this one!

Super easy to do as always-

  • 2 cups of cooked chickpeas
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tbsp of Tahini
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste

  1. Start with boiling  the sweet potato till soft.
  2. Once done, place all the  ingredients in a blender and blend until you a get the creamy consistency

This was my fave humus combination, I love spreading this on toast with a little bit of marmite on top (Yes I’m a big marmite fan)!! What is your favorite humus combination?
