On the first day of the year, I had a couple of my friends over for lunch. As this was my first “3azeeme” I really wanted to impress with simple and easy dishes, and this definitely did the trick! I am looking to start a few traditions on new years and this could be one I have every year 🙂
3azeeme is an arabic word that translates into invitation, so inviting people over for an occasion or another.
We had these as a side dish with the chicken aubergine, recipe for that coming up soon.
I might have gotten a little too excited and created a menu..
But really how cute is the menu?! If you get excited like I do, you can also create your own menus here http://www.weddingchicks.com/freebies/invitation-suites/chevron-stripe-free-printable-wedding-invitation-suite/
