As someone who is constantly hungry having soup with my lunch meals helps me fill up. Also soups are easy to do in big batches and store for later, and we all know
I’m a fan of cooking in batches and saving for later, this is my laziness talking :)!
Lets get to it- ingredients;
- 6 cups of frozen peas ( Organic if possible)
- 2 cups of almond milk
- 4 cups of water ( This can be lower depending on how you like the consistence of the soup
- Salt to taste
1.Boil the peas along with the almond milk
2.All goes into blender
3.Then add all back on medium heat for 5 mins
And enjoy- how lovely is the color?
